GuarantCo has appointed GuarantCo Management Company Limited as its Manager under an exclusive long term contract. The Manager’s responsibilities under its contract are listed below.
Identification of guarantee opportunities that comply with GuarantCo’s Investment Policy (including enviromental, social, health and safety standards);
Proposing guarantee opportunities to the New Business and Credit Committees of GuarantCo;
Performing due diligence investigations on guarantee opportunities;
Negotiation of documentation, and ongoing monitoring and management of GuarantCo’s transactions;
Administrative services for GuarantCo with regard to debt service, cash management, maintenance of records and reporting.
The Manager is the principal point of contact for GuarantCo (see Contact) and is responsible for advising GuarantCo on transactions, including origination, structuring, documentation, performing due diligence and monitoring GuarantCo’s portfolio.
