Credit Analyst
The Credit Analyst, based in London, is to work alongside Credit Managers in evaluating new transactions and portfolio-related proposals. Responsibilities include reviewing deal-related materials and conducting independent research to help assess the risk profile of a given transaction, conducting thorough analysis of financial statements and models, along with other tasks related to fundamental due diligence. This will involve a diverse range of borrowers, spanning project and corporate finance deals across sectors like power generation, water, road infrastructure and manufacturing, as well as non-banking financial institutions, alongside structured finance transactions. The findings will be communicated both verbally and in written form.
