Legal Counsel for Asset Backed Securities Issuance

To enable providing a 25-year loan in Kenyan Shillings to a project company set up to build, operate and maintain a large road sector PPP project in Kenya (the “Project SPV”), GuarantCo is considering setting up an Asset Backed Securities (“ABS”) structure which would raise funds from the market by issuing ABS notes for the purpose of lending to the Project SPV.
